$37 online booking special Terms and Conditions

• For learner permit holders only.
• Only one $37 lesson per person.
• Subject to availability, not available for weekends, public holidays, or outside of 9am-5pm.
• Not available for licence test day.
• Not to be used in conjunction with any discount package deals.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Discount packages are not refundable or transferable.
2. Discount packages are valid from Monday to Friday. All lessons must be conducted between 9am till 5pm.
3. All discount packages must be paid in full on the first lesson (lay-buys not accepted). Not to be used in conjunction with any other special offers.
4. All Discount Packages are valid for 12 months after purchase date and 5 lesson packs must be used within 3 months once activated, 10 lessons packs must be used within 4 months once activated.
5. Express licence packs valid for 12 months from purchase date and must be completed within 12 months once activated.
6. Discount package refunds incur a $20 administration fee after 7 days from purchase date.
7. Drivers must have all their documentation including learner permits and  hazard perceptions tests valid and up to date before test date.
8. Overseas licence holders must have all documents translated by the proper authorities and must have all identification with them on the day of the driving test, full fees will still apply if driving test is not conducted because of lack of documentation.
9. 24 hour notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons from packages otherwise that lesson will be deducted from the total of the package.
10. 24 hour notice must be given for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons otherwise a $25 late cancellation fee will be charged.
11. Vouchers purchased by error can be refunded within 7 days. A $10 administration fee applies (taken from refund).
12. Driving tests cancelled with less than 14 days notice prior to the test date will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Please note our terms and conditions before making your purchase to avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
2. All Gift Vouchers including Defensive Driving courses are valid for 12 months after purchase date, can be used Monday to Saturday.
3. Vouchers are non-refundable,or changeable(manual or auto), and not transferable to another person.
4. Unused vouchers cannot be refunded.
5. Please treat vouchers like cash if lost we cannot replace, onus is on the recipient.
6. Please pass on these terms & conditions to the recipient.
