Took a quick 2 hours sessions with instructor Harvy just before the test. Covered all the necessary rules and required safeties. Makes you feel comfortable and most importantly confident while driving. Overall a great student experience. Sam's ability to make complex driving procedures simple amaze me at every lesson. My reverse parallel parking between two cars went from being a nightmare to breeze with his steady guidance. Given my busy schedule, I had lessons in the early mornings, late in the afternoon and also during the busy traffic at mid day. But at all times, I found Sam patient, focused and attentive during our lessons. After taking a break during COVID, once I returned he ensured I was quickly back on track and made sure I was ready for the test. Thank you!Haydn02:33 05 May 21Very stressful panicked talking by the teacher and felt like I didn't get to drive. Instructor had their hands on the wheel and feet on the pedals the whole time. Barely spoke any English. They said they could pick me up at my house but between two drivers and many weeks they instructed I had to travel 2 hours to Oakleigh for my 45 min lessons. Drivers complained when I insisted they come to my house to pick me up. I do not understand the good reviews about this place.Srishtika R23:28 29 Apr 21Jason is an amazing teacher. He is professional, kind and very attentive.No matter how many mistakes I made, he was unbelievably patient and supportive which put me at ease and made me feel comfortable and relaxed to learn. He offered a lot of encouragement and appreciation which motivated me to do better.He taught me not only driving but also road rules, road craft, safe driving techniques, be courteous to other drivers, be patient and not panic if other drivers don't do the right things etc. which are valuable tips for life.He also gave several awesome tips to do things right especially for complex scenarios like reverse parking. I was able to do it right during the test only because of those tips. He is very knowledgeable.He was very organised which made booking lessons with him easy. He went the extra mile to ensure that I was happy and satisfied with my lessons. I enjoyed every lesson. He made my learning journey wonderful.I wouldn’t have passed my test on my first attempt without him . This was made possible by George, who is a well qualified and experienced instructor. During the entire process from the 1st class to the test day, he was there to guide me and keep me calm with his words of encouragement which is of great help during the practice runs. During the course, he has also given valuable tips and advice on how to negotiate traffic and how to identify common risky situations on the road. Kathy gave us peace of mind and without her we would have been lost. I do not regret booking my daughter in for the package deal. Best value and peace of mind you can buy. I big shout out to that beautiful human Kathy! She goes the extra mile and you can't get any better than her, she is really booked out for a reason but TRY to get her if you can! David is an exceptional teacher, patient and a great communicator. I learnt so much driving with him. His knowledge of the road rules and drive test is second to none, and he is meticulous in teaching safe driving techniques. My skills and confidence improved with every lesson I had with him. His car was always very clean and sanitised making it very enjoyable to drive, and his charming nature made him very pleasant to drive with. George’s communication and willingness to try fit in lesson for you shows his commitment to his students. The lessons set you up with good driving habits and prepare you well for the test. Not only was Chris an extremely kind and welcoming instructor, he has easily been the most informative and efficient instructor I've had. Prior to recieving lessons from him, I recieved 5 lessons already, however, I learnt more in 1 lesson with Chris then 5 with the previous instructor. I ended up passing my test with 100% and although I do like to credit myself most of the time, I have to admit that Chris deserved most of the credit. Customer service at the head office was also great at MDS. After not having driven for 7 months I was a bit nervous of hopping in the drivers seat again, however George made me comfortable and confident always giving genuine compliments when things are done right and calm criticism so I knew where I had to improve. I highly accredit George to me passing my test and would refer him to anybody!
