David is an exceptional teacher, patient and a great communicator. I learnt so much driving with him. Not only was Chris an extremely kind and welcoming instructor, he has easily been the most informative and efficient instructor I've had. Prior to recieving lessons from him, I recieved 5 lessons already, however, I learnt more in 1 lesson with Chris then 5 with the previous instructor. I ended up passing my test with 100% and although I do like to credit myself most of the time, I have to admit that Chris deserved most of the credit. Customer service at the head office was also great at MDS. I am learning driving again from scratch, so I was nervous, but Dean put me at the utmost of ease with his incredibly nice, kind, positive and approachable yet exceptionally effective teaching methods.Dean is both a master (definitely puts the Master In Master Driving School) at driving and putting students like me at ease, going the extra mile (no pun intended) by also making friendly conversation to get to know me better and relate to me as a person, and for that and for all he did for me yesterday, I’m incredibly grateful! Considering it has positive reviews. Unfortunately, after day 2, I complete did not want to contintue my lessons with that man anymore. His attitude was not up to par. He kept telling me to get an actual physical copy of a logbook despite I've told him many times you can use it on phones. He is completely clueless. He barely picks up my messages after 5 hours and I could not understand any word from him. He thinks I needed '2,000' more lessons to get it right which makes me infruriated in the inside. I did not want to critcise him because I want to do this with my own benefit but he makes it harder. It went well on day one but day two was just worse. Barely optimistic and yells at me when I did a minor mistake. I can recall one time he told me to stop in Swansea Road near Mt Evelyn and Lilydale like to a complete stop. He told me to go below the speed limit despite the fact I have been looking at the speedometer consistently by ensuring I don't go too slow or over the speed limit. His understanding is where it's at too. Honestly could not understand what he is saying. I pointed out the things he told me to point out but I didn't know what he meant in a way. I will still drone on about this driving instructor because this is unacceptable. He does not realise LogBooks are on phones now and didn't want to undergo a simple process where you can download the app and assess your Learner students. He just kept saying you need the actual physical copy! Never have I realised a driving instructor advising me 2,000 more lessons and telling me to stop in a middle of a busy road could make me confident in my driving. I even tried to learn how to park and Soreen says I'm doing it wrong. Then he just yells a lot. This man is not forgiving. Therefore I will never take lessons under a man who has a similar attitude to Soreen. Totally disappointed and totally happy I didn't pay the package because doing lessons under him is just making me stressed.
